For any equipment issues, please contact your original installer. They will troubleshoot the equipment and determine if it is covered by warranty. If you don't have a service provider, you can use the hyperlink below to access our comprehensive dealer locator. This locator includes warranty stations you can call for warranty evaluation. If the issue is covered by warranty, they will assist you further and repair or replace it under warranty. If the issue is determined to be non-warranty, such as due to improper installation or acts of nature, they will charge a fee for the service visit and provide you with a repair estimate.

Need help locating the serial number on your S.R.Smith product?

  • Pool Slides (Commercial & Residential): serial numbers are found on the upper portion of the slide: on the side of the Rogue2 and Vortex models, and on the upper ladder section of all other deck mounted, including SlideAway, and are formatted as SR-XXYY-*****
  • Diving Boards (Commercial & Residential): for 6’ through 12’ boards serial numbers are found on the back left corner of the board and are formatted as SR-ACYY-***** (The format for the Olympian is SR-AYY-XXXX). For 14’ – 16’ commercial boards serial numbers are found on the left end corner of the board and are formatted as SR-ACYY-*****
  • Diving Bases (Residential): serial numbers for fiberglass bases are located on the front of the base. For steel bases, serial numbers are under the top mounting plate, and for spring bases, serial numbers are on the underside of the spring and are formatted SR-SYY-XXXX, SR-FYY-XXXX or SR-RYY-XXXX
  • Diving Bases (Commercial): bases often have two serial numbers: one located on the underside of the first bend in the handrail, the second located near the back of the base where the board mounts, both are formatted as SR-RYY-X-XXXX
  • Rails and Ladders (Commercial & Residential): serial numbers are on the underside of the first bend in the rail and are formatted as SR-RYY-**-****
  • Basketball Games (Commercial & Residential): serial numbers are found under the top curve of the leg section and are formatted as SR-RYY-**-****
  • Volleyball Games: serial numbers are located on the top portion of one upright and are formatted as SR-RYY-**-****
  • Pool Lifts: serial numbers are found on the mast, where the mast passes through the housing, opposite of the Made in USA sticker, and are formatted with a letter and 4 to 5 numbers depending on age of lift: (A, P, S, M)-XXXX(X)
  • Starting Platforms: serial numbers for the frame are located on the upper right corner of the frame and are formatted as SR-RYY-XXXXX. The foot board has an independent serial number located on the underside and is formatted as SR-FBYY-XXXXX
  • Wet Deck Water Features: serial numbers are located on the inside door of the Aqua Director control box and are formatted as SR-SYY-XXXX
