Temporarily Closed beginning April 1: Tucson Arizona Manufacturing (Fiber-Glass)

S.R.Smith is committed to keeping customers informed regarding the impact of COVID-19 on our operations. As a result of expanded stay at home orders in Arizona, S.R.Smith was forced to suspend manufacturing operations in Tucson, Arizona, April 1, 2020. Despite the suspension of manufacturing, we will continue to ship and receive product at this location. However, we have limited inventory and, in some cases, no inventory available for shipment. Where possible, we have transferred manufacturing activities to our Oregon and Tennessee facilities, which remain fully operational. We hope to resume manufacturing operations in Arizona early next month, but that depends on the situation at that time.

Here is a summary of lead times by product category. Going forward, we will provide this to customers weekly to enable you to plan accordingly. If you need information on a specific product or order, please email our customer service team at customercare@srsmith.com and include your Purchase Order number in the subject line of your email, if applicable.

All S.R.Smith employees able to work from home are currently doing so, including our Customer Service and Lighting Specialists. Our production and operations teams are working under strict guidelines for social distancing, hand washing and continual disinfecting of surfaces by dedicated staff.
