If your business is scheduled to receive shipments you must confirm you are open business and able to receive shipments by emailing customercare@srsmith.com. Please provide the full name of your business as well as your purchase order number.
BUSINESS DISRUPTION
If your business is closed and cannot receive shipments at this time, please email customercare@srsmith.com to change the ship date of your order. Please provide the full name of your business as well as your purchase order number.
NON-DELIVERY or REDIRECTION PENALTIES
If you do not communicate the status of your business to S.R.Smith and are unable to accept scheduled deliveries, any additional freight charges due to non-delivery or redirecting freight will be charged. S.R.Smith is continuing to operate our main manufacturing sites in Oregon, Arizona and Tennessee and will work with customers to accommodate them during these uncertain times.
